FSA & MIN QUALS – ARE YOURS UP-TO-DATE?

Faculty Service Areas (FSAs) and Minimum Qualifications, along with your seniority, are key factors in the case of staff reductions or reassignments.
FSA application forms are on-line.  Log in to your MyWVM portal, point to the “District Departments” tab, and select Human Resources.  Scroll in the “Shared Documents” list to find “Faculty Service Area Request” form to download and complete.  Submit to Human Resources.

Do you have a “grandfathered” credential? Make certain it is included in your personnel file in HR. Those old credentials are “valid for life”!
The FSA Committee will meet early in the Spring semester to consider applications.

A Seniority List will soon be circulated.  Please examine your entry in this list and report to HR any discrepancy.  An accurate list is very important.
