Please be advised that the County has posted the paychecks/payroll warrants images on the “Employee Self Service” website. We have attached the instruction sheet on how to register to access this portal so you can view and print a copy of your pay checks/paystubs and W-2 forms. The paycheck images are available from Jan 2014 and forward. However, all general payroll history data goes back many years. This portal is available to anyone who has received a paycheck during the last few years regardless of their employee classification. This includes the student workers.
The first page of the instructions indicates what information you need to register. Please note that you have to pick District 75 from the right top corner of the pages in Step 1 and Step 3 of the instructions. Also please note that Employee Number is the number noted on the upper left hand corner of your paystub/paycheck and is the identifying number in lieu of your SS#. This number can be obtained through the District Portal as well. A copy of this instruction has been posted on the Payroll Department website through www.wvm.edu >District Services> Payroll Services> Employee Self Service links for your future reference.
It is imperative that all employees register through the Employee Self Service website to be able to access and print their payroll data. In an effort to go green and reduce cost, the District is intending to discontinue the printing of paystubs for all direct deposits effective July 1, 2014.
